Our Knives
Eddie works on batches of about 4 to 6 knives each week. Although we do ask for up to 16 weeks for completion of your order, remember each knife is being hand made. He does not use a CNC machine or plasma cutter, and he does not purchase knife blanks. These are his designs. They are built to last for generations. We thank each of our customers for your support!
