About Us

Tactical Edge is a small business located in Manchester, TN. We began business in 2011 by designing and creating our own Kydex custom carry systems, selling high end, quality knives from various manufacturers, along with tactical gear.  We felt a need to provide our customers with quality, yet affordable, blades, so we began designing, creating, and selling our own Tactical Edge line of knives. In order to make sure we are producing the highest quality knives for our customers, we have decided to place our energy into that direction, rather than selling other manufacturers' knives and tactical gear, at this time. 

Eddie McLemore is our designer and knife maker and a proud veteran of the United States Army. Since his early youth, he has held a passion for quality knives and edged tools. He trained in martial arts and has taught several edged weapon disciplines, both in the civilian market and in the military. He was a member of the American Society of Quality Control while employed with two manufacturing facilities in Central Florida and makes sure he uses those skills, along with his passion for steel, in order to make quality edged tools for customers of Tactical Edge.
